Scope of Services
Availability by Phone. Customers may call us on working days during regular office hours for questions and feedback.
Ticket System. Our ticket system ensures that no customer message is missed, and no issue is forgotten.
Operating manuals. As required, we write detailed software operating manuals or provide demonstrative video tutorials of difference software features.
Operation using Cloud Technologies. We rely on modern container and cloud technologies to efficiently operate and maintain software solutions on any cloud platform or servers of any hosting provider.
Monitoring. Our automated monitoring system continuously checks the operation of all systems, such that problems or outages are detected within a few minutes. Customers do not need to send issue reports.
Projects
Adaptation and Maintenance of the Search Tool “BLE‑X”
BLE‑X is a web-based research tool that allows to search within the full text of research reports. Search results are visualized in groups of similar documents to support users during the research process. In this project, the Java application was updated according to new requirements.

Open‑Source Plugins for Metadata Management of the Verfassungsblog
The Verfassungsblog is an academic Open‑Access journal discussing topics regarding constitutional law in Germany. In this project, WordPress plugins were developed to improve the management of article metadata and allow exporting information in multiple formats, e.g., as Marc21-XML.
