Scope of Services

Consulting and Planning. Together with our customers, we discuss the goals of the web application or mobile app, define requirements and features, and develop a comprehensive project plan with work packages, milestones, and timeline.

Development. During the development phase, we incrementally implement each software feature. Once a milestone is reached, we provide an up-to-date prototype for testing purposes. That way, we can ensure that the development progress always matches the expectation of our customers and does not get off track. During the whole development phase, both concept and software are continuously updated and improved based on customer feedback.

Rollout. Once all software features are available, the software is either transferred to the cloud, installed on servers provided by the customer, or submitted to the respective app stores. We take care of all related aspects, including managing cloud services, setting up Linux servers, or communicating with app store providers.

Maintenance. During the operation phase, we regularly install security updates and correct potential issues. Our comprehensive software documentation ensures that we can quickly and reliably resolve any problems.

Support. During the entire project, we are available to answer customer questions and provide assistance in using the software. Upon request, we develop detailed user guides and video tutorials.
