Scope of Services
Consulting. We consult our customers on the kind of AI solutions that can be used in their business, what risks are involved, and how those risks can be minimized.
Development. In case no suitable existing AI solutions are available, we develop custom AI models tailored to the individual application scenario. We provide solutions based a customer's own data or publicly available Open‑Source models.
Integration. Once a solution is found, we integrate it in existing software and systems, develop suitable interfaces and processes.
Operation and Support. Since AI models are based on data, they have to be updated regularly. We support our customers with maintaining and operating AI solutions.

REST Service for Document Classification in Digital Libraries
In this project, the Open‑Source software “slub_docsa” was developed. It allows the comparison of state-of-the-art machine learning methods (e.g., Artificial Neural Networks) for the purpose of automatically annotating documents with detailed class hierarchies often used by libraries (e.g., DDC). A REST service provides the trained models.

Camera-based In-Line Inspection of Machine Parts
In this project, a software was developed that inspects the surface of machine parts. Based on camera images, the software detects and evaluates surface anomalies like scratches or pores. The evaluation result determines whether machine parts are accepted or rejected.
